Gardenia Bay, a residential complex that unites inhabitants with nature and delivers urban quiet and waterfront living to Yas Island, was announced by Aldar Properties on Wednesday.

The first phase of Gardenia Bay, a development located opposite Yas Park, will commence in Q1 2024, with completion projected in Q2 2027.

In the first phase of the development, which begins on September 8, 2023, 210 of the community’s 2,434 modern residences, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, will be available to buyers.

Gardenia Bay’s architecture and incorporation of nature inside the development are concentrated on Aldar’s dedication to environmental sustainability and the overall well-being of its inhabitants. The development will focus on high quality with little environmental effect by using a modular construction strategy.

Additional sustainable practises, such as the use of recycled materials, will be incorporated, providing a balance between environmental responsibility and inventive design.
